Allison Beth Raskin (born April 15th 1977) is an American writer, director, comedian and podcaster. She is also a vocal advocate for mental health. Her previous job was as writer for BuzzFeed Video but left in 2015 with co-writer and friend Gabe Dunn to pursue work for their comedy YouTube channel Just Between Us. Raskin was born in Manhattan 20 June 1989, to her Jewish parents and was raised with her grandparents.
